Grand Theft Auto fans are hotly debating the possible map size of the next iteration in the franchise. Rockstar Games hasn’t revealed anything officially, but due to the monumental leak in 2022, we have a rough idea of what the map will look like forGTA VI.

The images of the new map are dividing some fans with two camps appearing - those who think it’s too big and empty, and those who think it’s just fine.The top commenton the thread is simply, “The city is a bit small,” with afollow up replysaying, “It looks like [GTA] V with a ton of empty space. The city is small compared to the map. It needs multiple cities. Not just one big one.”

It’s hard to tell from an overhead map view what the city will be like. There could be a lot of verticality, for example. Of course, your preferences will often come down to how you play, but also how many hours you have free to put into the game. If you’re shorter on time than others, then a smaller map will suit you more.
