While there’s plenty of speculation about things players will be able to do and see, a lot of that speculation revolves around fan-favourite characters and locations making their new-gen appearances. Since Vice City is confirmed to be one of the game’smany explorable areas, there’s bound to be plenty of allusions to the original game but some fans thinkRed Dead Redemption 2characters could pop up as well.
Now I’m sure you’re thinking “How could characters from the Wild West appear in a modern-day GTA game?” but hear us out.
A Reddit user called TomDH_9991 made a postsayingthere could be a chance of seeing Francis and a few other side characters fromRed Dead Redemption 2inGTA VI.
For those unaware, Francis was a strange fellow you meet during a random encounter, dressed in clothes that don’t fit the time period Arthur and the gang reside in. This led to many believing he was a time traveller, making it entirely possible we’ll see them again inGTA VI, maybe before they travelled to the past or just after.

He’s not the only character players are expecting to spot either, as one commenter said: “I’d love to see Strange Man … Imagine bumping into him in the crowd or seeing him in the distance watching you.”The Strange Manwas a side quest in the firstRed Dead Redemptionand made a cameo in the second game, often believed to be a supernatural entity.
Knowing Rockstar, there’s bound to be plenty of Easter Eggs and secrets to uncover, and fans will have a field day tracking them down when the game launches in 2025.
