Even after all these months since the release of the debutGTA VItrailer, fans are still discovering new details such as the one featured in today’s story.
After years of rumours and leaks,Rockstar Gamesfinally treated us to the first official trailer for the highly anticipatedGrand Theft AutoVIin December 2023. Within hours, theGTA VItrailer was smashing records on YouTube as it now nears an incredible200 million views.

There was so much to see in the debutGTA VItrailer from locations such as the returning Vice City beach to real-life personalities like the parody of the “Florida Joker”, who I assume is still trying to sue Rockstar Games parent company, Take-Two Interactive to no success whatsoever. In the trailer, we were also introduced to the two main characters, Jason and Lucia.

The woman wearing the bikini is also wearing a necklace, acosmetic itemfeatured in theGTA Online‘Bottom Dollar Bounties’ update.Fans onReddit have been sharing their surprise at the blink-and-you-’ll-miss-it reference to theGTA VInecklace inGTA Online.

“Wow, an actual good post,” replied Comfortable-Pen-7567 with Majestic_Strike6832 adding “This is a kinda cool thing to point out.” VahniB said, “This is the first time I noticed the necklace there.”
What’s more, Reddit user Cool_Business_3872 mentioned another detail that some may have initially missed in theGTA VItrailer. “There are some tattoos that are reused too. Such as the three smiley faces that become more warped/wavy from the ‘Fooligan’ update on the guy who’s hanging out of the door of the green truck in theGTA VItrailer,” they explained.
It will be interesting to see how many other hidden details gamers will spot in the nextGTA VItrailer, whenever that may arrive.Grand Theft Auto VIdoes not have a release date yet but it is expected to be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in late 2025.
