Posted on Reddit, we can see that Rockstar Lincoln has a Quality Assurance & Release Management Team on hand overnight to check the quality of the game.
Fans are praising the team for putting in every possible hour to ensure the game is perfect upon release.

With a game as large as this, with so many teams adding to it, QA is integral to production.
