So, until we get further details fromRockstar Games, we’re just going to have to make do with a constant flurry of rumours, which should all be taken with a pinch of salt until we get official confirmation.
Looking at this rumour logically, it should come as no surprise if true. After all, as stunning asRed Dead Redemption 2is to this very day, it was released in 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, before making its way to PC the following year.

The leak also mentionsGTA VI’sdynamic weather which includes “hurricane-type weather” resulting in NPCs losing balance during strong winds and running for cover. That may seem like a small detail but it would certainly add to the overall immersion of the game.
It’s also claimed that vehicle crashes will be more realistic with each vehicle having its dynamic damage mechanics which will also differ depending on what upgrades it may have. Vehicle details include individual headlights being damaged or falling off, and the inside of the trunk can also be damaged if it has a body inside.
At the time of writing,GTA VIdoes not have a release date but it is scheduled to launch late this year on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, unless it gets delayed. The PC version is expected to be revealed at a later date.
