That being said, knowing the rotten luck of Rockstar Games, before that enviable second trailer arrives, it will probably leak ahead of time as seen with theinfamousGTA VIleaksmonths before the first trailer was officially revealed.
Fans speculated that this screenshot could have been an unofficial AI-generated image but the fact that it’s received a DMCA takedown has led others to believe that it might be genuine.

So there you have it, the screenshot was genuine but it was merely an enhanced image of what had already been making the rounds. Hopefully, Rockstar Games will put us all out of our misery soon and treat us to the secondGTA VItrailer before 2024 comes to an end.
At the time of writing,Grand Theft Auto VIis scheduled to be released in late 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The PC release date is yet to be announced.
