GTA 6 new tease accidentally leaked by Rockstar themselves

I don’t want to alarm anybody but December is fast approaching.

It’s hard to believe that in just three months' time, it’ll have been one year sinceGrand Theft Auto VI’s reveal trailer dropped.

With that in mind, it certainly feels as if we’re about to re-enter what I’ll call The Danger Zone.

That’s the point at which it feels reasonable forRockstar Gamesto drop a second tease upon us, whether that’s in the form of a gameplay trailer or via a batch of simple screenshots.

GTA VIhardly needs to build any extra hype but Rockstar will still want to continue the current momentum of hype so a tease one year after the first doesn’t feel out of the realm of possibility.

Especially if the game is indeed still due to release in Fall 2025, December would place us at around nine months or so away from launch.

Marketing has to ramp up eventually and logically, we’re reaching the point at which that will soon happen.

While we eagerly await that gameplay reveal, Rockstar Games appears to have accidentally teasedGTA VIwithout meaning to do - and it’s via theirPClauncher.

You may as well watch the originalGTA VItrailer one more time.

It’s not yet confirmed thatGTA VIis even coming to PC, although it surely is.

Renowned dataminer Tez2 took to Twitter towritethat the update “accidentally included the metadata forRDR1PC,” a port which has been rumoured for several months now.

An announcement is surely only a matter of time.

RockstarIntel thenspottedthat the update included a folder titled ‘Americas’, which sounds veryGTA VI-esque.

If you didn’t know, Project Americas was the codename forGTA VIbefore its full reveal.

This indicates that the game is coming to PC after all, so perhaps we will hear from Rockstar Games very soon.
