I hate to be the bearer of bad news, butGrand Theft Auto VImay not arrive on PC until 2027.
ICYMI: Take a look at the newGTA VItrailer below.
It’s been confirmed that in 2025,GTA VIwill be coming to new-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. This is no great surprise. In the past, GTA PC releases have always come at a later date. Back whenGTA Vwas released, it came to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September 2013. It didn’t arrive on PC until April 2015.

If you look even further back, bothGTA IVandGTA: San Andreasreceived delayed PC releases. Given how much has changed in the decade sinceGTA Vwas released, many fans assumed that Rockstar would simply release all editions at once this time around but that’s clearly not the case. If we’re to go offGTA V’s release cycle then,GTA VI’s PC version could land in 2027.
This, of course, isn’t guaranteed. Rockstar is yet to comment on a PC edition butGTA VI’s reveal seems to mirror previous Rockstar Games reveals, leading us to believe its release will also fall into familiar patterns.
