Without question, the arrival ofGrand Theft Auto VIwill be the biggest video game release of the last decade, well, at least sinceGTA V.
Following months of rumours and leaks,Rockstar Gamesfinally released the first officialtrailer forGTA VIin December 2023, and it did not disappoint. TheGTA VItraileruploadedto the Rockstar Games YouTube channel has beensmashing recordsand at the time of writing it has garnered over 181 million views in just three months. However, that number’s growth has understandably dwindled in recent weeks.

It’s also worth noting that this leaked gameplay footage is taken from a very early build; meaning that a lot of textures and animations have not been tweaked or implemented. So the final build will look much better, for sure.
Grand Theft Auto VIdoes not have a solid release date at the time of writing but we do know that it will be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
