GTA VIisn’t even out yet, but that hasn’t stopped an endless stream of leaks and rumours flooding the internet over the last year or so.
In fact, when I sayGTA VIisn’t even out yet, we’ve not even seen officially released gameplay (only those infamousgameplay leaks) and we’ve had to rely to speculation from the community. This is despite the fact that developer Rockstar Games announced in February 2022 thatGTA VIis in production.

To be honest, it’s difficult keeping up with all the speculation that crawls from beneath the woodwork on a daily basis and most certainly, it’s proving to be a challenge of what’s genuine and what’s not. So with that in mind, we should always take rumours and leaks with a pinch of salt until proven otherwise, especially when it concernsGTA VI.

The latest rumour is courtesy of theFrench website, Rockstar Mag and it relates to Rockstar Games’ updated RAGE Engine. The RAGE Engine was used in 2018’sRed Dead Redemption 2. However, considering thatGTA VIis expected to be a PC and new-gen console game only, fans are expecting a massive upgrade.
However, when it comes to the dynamic weather it seems thatRockstar Gameshas paid no expense to makeGTA VIlook and feel as realistic as possible.
“The gusts will damage the vegetation and create waves which will disrupt the peace and quiet of beach occupants. Rain and wind will impact your handling while travelling at high speed. Sunrises and sunsets will be more realistic than ever and nights more disturbing,” it is claimed.
