We know thatHalo Infinitewill retain a battle pass system, but these will run from four to six weeks, with 20-tiers per pass. Not much else was given away regarding the game’s future but devs did promise fans that a dedicated team will continue “to deliver going forward”, so it’s not being abandoned completely.

That being said, the studio also stated, “We also have additional teams now, accelerating towards the future, working on brand new projects.” Finally a new Halo entry perhaps? It’s a shame to see the cogs slow onHalo Infinitewhen it’s just now reaching its full potential but we’re approaching three years on from launch. Maybe it is time to look to pastures new.
