
High On Lifeis getting a spooky DLC just in time for Halloween, and it’s releasing this week.
The DLC was announcedsome time ago, but is finally nearing its release date, and promises to deliver somesolid scareswith plenty ofHigh On Lifecomedy injected in for good measure.

Two new trailers dropped a few days ago, one of which provides a sneak peek at some of the new gameplay, complete with plenty of action and gore, as well as some spooky locations and characters players will encounter on the quest.

High On Knifewill be a paid DLC forXboxSeries X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 platforms, though the price of the expansion is currently unknown. The game’s developer, Squanch Games, has promised plenty of new content though, so whatever its price point may be, it’ll likely be worth picking up.
The most notable addition is the two new guns, like Harper, an ex-military pistol with deep-seated trauma, and B.A.L.L, a pinball gun “coordinated group of little guys who are doing their best.”
High On Lifehas had a successful run so far, originally released as a timed exclusive for Xbox platforms, before eventually making its way ontoSonyconsoles.

It was featured onXbox Game Passimmediately after launch, quickly becoming the biggest Xbox Game Pass release of 2022 and the biggest single-player launch on Xbox’s subscription service.
High On Knifewill be released on 3 October, for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
