Sure, enthusiasm may have dwindled forHogwarts Legacyin recent months, but no one would be surprised to see it mingling amongst the Game of the Year contenders for 2023.

At the time of writing, while a sequel is expected, neither developer Avalanche Studios nor publisherWarner Bros.Games has announcedHogwarts Legacy 2. However, a recent datamine discovery suggests that a sequel could be on the cards.
Obviously, that feature was never implemented inHogwarts Legacy, but perhaps this feature could be in the potential sequel. The morality system would deduct House Points for those who usedUnforgivable Curses. Apparently, the Killing Curse would have cost you 100 House Points, Imperious would cost 50, while extortion and bullying would cost you 50 and 25 House Points, respectively.
“Was it the best game it could have been? Of course not,”saidRedditor MaestroPendejo. “It is so rare to have a game to nail everything right off the bat. Sometimes I think they dial some parts back because if you’ve already got a really good game, you feel a sequel is all but guaranteed, save something for the next game.” And that makes total sense, especially if some features were unable to make it in the first game, especially when strict release dates must be met.
