When the nominations were recently announced for The Game Awards taking place on 7 December,Hogwarts Legacyfans were not only outraged that the gamenever received a single nominationbut it was also considered to bean injustice to not even be nominatedfor its sound design. To be fair, if nothing else,Hogwarts Legacyis not only a stunning game but it sounds wonderful too.

Given the commercial success ofHogwarts Legacy, it would make sense for publisherWarner Bros. Games to build upon its foundation, right? Especially when you consider thatHogwarts Legacyhas made more moneythan some of the Harry Potter movies.
It’s worth keeping in mind that the actual job listing requirements do not mentionHogwarts Legacyspecifically, but, interestingly, the game is used to entice potential employees. The job listing in question is for a senior producer to join theHogwarts Legacyteam. The listing mentions several requirements of the role such as working with the team creating project schedules and providing updates to the stakeholders.
“I hope they listen to the fans. I’d rather wait longer and have a game that’s much more developed than a rushed one with a thin storyline with little replay value,” replied nursewithnolife to the post. “This does NOT confirm that we’re getting new gameplay. They’re a brand new studio that acquired a multi-billion dollar IP,” clarified WhiskeyCloudsBackup.
