That being said, recently Warner Bros has made several business decisions that have rubbed gamers the wrong way.
One of the big ones was shutting down the beloved media companyRooster Teeth, another wasdelisting a number of indie gameswithout warning, and finally plans to focus on live-service games in the future.
For context, the most recent live-service game Warner Bros published wasSucidie Squad: Kill The Justice League, which majorly flopped and actually led toincreased sales of Batman: Arkham games.

In short the petition argues that not all live-service games, like Helldivers 2 are bad as some can be incredibly fun and well-designed.
However given Warner Bros track-record and with the disaster ofSuicide Squad: Kill The Justice League’slack of content, there are concernsHogwarts Legacy 2will see its gameplay suffer in place of an in-game store.
Again,Hogwarts Legacy 2hasn’t been officially announced at the time of writing but given the worrying trends in the gaming industry there’s every chance it’ll be riddled with microtransactions.
