So it’s fair to say that there’s plenty of Horizon goodness to go around while we wait for the announcement of the inevitable third game to complete the Aloy trilogy. However, if its video game series wasn’t quite enough to keep you busy, aHorizon Zero Dawnmovieis officially on the way.
Announced during CES 2025, Asad Qizilbash, head of PlayStation Productions said, “Columbia Pictures and PlayStation Productions are at the early stages of developing a film adaptation of the award-winningHorizon Zero Dawn.”
“Just imagine, Aloy’s beloved origin story set in a vibrant, far-future world filled with giant machines, brought to you for the first time on the big screen."
