Actor Jamie Foxx is being sued over an alleged sexual assault which reportedly took place on a rooftop in New York City eight years ago.
The lawsuit alleges that Foxx was at Catch NYC, a restaurant in New York’s Meatpacking District, during the summer of 2015 when he told a woman, “Wow, you have that supermodel body”. On the morning of 26 August, it’s suggested that Foxx groped a woman after she asked if she could take a photo with him.

The document further alleges that Foxx both touched the woman’s breasts and put his hand in her underwear without her consent. It’s been detailed that eventually, the woman’s friend came looking for her. The lawsuit was filed at the New York Supreme Court using Foxx’s real name, Eric Bishop.
