An age-old question has been troubling Marvel fans for millennia but now that illusive MCU question has been answered. Ok, I have exaggerated how long MCU fans have been asking the upcoming question, but you get my point.
TheMarvelCinematic Universe is one of the most popularmoviefranchises of all time and alongside the likes ofStar WarsandThe Lord of the Rings, it provides one of the most compelling and fun tales of good vs evil.

Being exposed to many threats on Earth and beyond, the Avengers would lay out their plans in Avengers Tower, however, seeing as this was a massive skyscraper in the middle of Manhattan with a huge illuminated logo slapped on the side, it was an easy target for enemies.
As such, Tony Stark sold Avengers Tower in 2016, as revealed inSpider-Man: Homecomingand moved to the more remote location of the Avengers Compound in upstate New Work. Yet, that didn’t work out too great either, because Thanos had blown that building to bits inEndgameresulting in the HQ being rebuilt.
Earlier this year, MCU head honchoKevin Feige teasedthat we’ll soon know who purchased Avengers Tower and now we seemingly have that answer and it’s the Thunderbolts who in the comics are also known as the villainous Dark Avengers.

The Thunderbolts team in the MCU currently consists of the Red Guardian, Yelena Belova, Taskmaster, Ghost, Winter Soldier, The Sentry and the manipulative mastermind, Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.

“It’s got to be either a nod to the comics where the Thunderbolts get the Fantastic Four’s tower when they are presumed dead or they really are doing Dark Avengers after this,” replied RFB-CACN.
