It has been a big year for Marvel and that is mainly due to the success of July’sDeadpool & Wolverinewhich saw the unlikely duo team up to save the universe.

Of course, this is not the first time that Wade and Logan have teamed up in the comics with the pair previously coming together forDeadpool & Wolverine: WWIIIand a “Weapon X-Traction” story.
However, the brand-newDeadpool/Wolverineseries will be the first comic since the hit Marvel movie and will see creators Benjamin Percy and Joshua Cassara reunite since helping to launchX-Force.
Not only that but Percy is no stranger to Logan after penning the ongoingWolverineseries.
Deadpool/Wolverine #1kicks off with our Merc with a Mouth gatecrashing a mobster’s funeral in typical Deadpool style and is set to go on sale on 1 January, 2025.

For its creators, there is no holding back when it comes to the brand-new series.
“This is all to say: we were both so damn excited to get the band back together,” Percy told IGN.
Deadpool/Wolverineis us cartwheeling onto the stage and shredding our guitars once more while smoke machines churn and pyrotechnics explode all around us.”
He continued: “I’ve never stopped writing Logan for Marvel, and this is simply the next chapter in his journey.
