Mass Effect 3was considered as one of the best releases back in 2012 and despite hosting an impressive fanbase, many missed a familiar location that was shown during the game’s introduction.
Released over 10 years ago,Mass Effect 3is the third and final instalment of the originalMass Effecttrilogy which was praised for its art direction, characters, emotional depth, improved combat, soundtrack and voice acting just to name a few.

With the galaxy in peril, it is up to Commander Shepard to save it but the introduction toMass Effect 3did not shy away from the destruction already brought to the universe.
Showing the horrors of the war firsthand, an opening scene shows a city that would look quite familiar to some: Vancouver.
The Canadian skyline is shown for mere seconds at the start of the game but eagle-eyed fans noticed the familiar skyscape. Additionally, it is unsurprising thatBioWarewould include Vancouver considering the majority of its offices are based in Canada.
