With some actors and characters already confirmed to be making a return, it still remains to be seen who will take on the lead role.
However, according to “Twitter influencer and writer”DanielRPK, it is Tom Holland who will be taking the reins.
Writing on his Patreon page earlier this week, Daniel claims that Tom Holland’sSpider-Manwill reportedly have a “large role” in the upcomingAvengers: Doomsday.

So large in fact that it will eclipse his hours inInfinity WarandEndgame.
Of course, there is no way of knowing if this information is correct but it wouldn’t be the most far-fetched rumour we have heard so far.
Be that as it may, fans are feeling divided over this rumour and took to r/MarvelStudios_Rumours tosharetheir thoughts.

“Also feels like one of the “Spider-Man 4 will be in NYC” leaks. Tom’s popularity makes him likely to be a main lead. This feels like a guess more than an actual scoop.”
Another user believes the lead will be down to the most popular (or most earning character).
