While the fan-favourites are all here like Raiden, Scorpion, Sub-Zero and more, there are plenty of new faces joining the roster, most notably the upcoming DLC fighters. The first otherworldly fighter joining the tournament is none other thanInvincible’santagonist Omni-Man, who recently got a first-look reveal and it’s safe to say fans liked what they saw.
His moves look like they’ve come straight out of theAmazonPrime Video show, which will soon be releasing its second season, and his fatalities are to die for, literally.
One move sees Omni-Man hold his opponent in front of a moving train, which is the horrific move he used on his son Mark (Invincible) during the first season’s finale. Another move also sees him crush his opponent’s skull, the same move he used on Red Rush in the first season’s premiere episode.

He looks amazing, and the cherry on top is his voice actor J.K Simmonswill be reprising his role,so you can bet there’ll be some interesting dialogue between Omni-Man and the other characters, though we personally can’t wait for his back-and-forth withThe Boy’santagonist Homelander,who’ll also be a DLC character.
The first wave of DLC forMortal Kombat 1is set for release sometime in November for Xbox, PlayStation, PC and Nintendo Switch platforms.
