EA have finally begun teasing their next Battlefield game, but fans say that the publisher has a lot of convincing to do after the buggy mess that wasBattlefield 2042.

EA went on to add that the next Battlefield will be a “reimagination” of the franchise, with the publisher wanting to create a “truly connected ecosystem”, whatever that means. EA are certainly keeping their cards close to their chest, but it’s no surprise that they’re trying to shake off the series’ negative reputation. It undeniably needs new life breathing into it. If the next instalment doesn’t solidly run, I do wonder if that’ll spell the end for Battlefield.
