A reveal of the Nintendo Switch’s successor is finally set to land in the coming months.
Well, that fiscal year runs from April 2024 to April 2025.

With 2025 now just a few days away, it certainly looks as if 2024 is set to be reveal-less, but that’s no loss at this point.
There’s only three months left before we hit Nintendo’s deadline, so we should expect to see aNintendo Switch2 reveal soon, if that’s what it’s even called.
Of course, when the console is revealed, we should also get a pretty good idea of its launch line-up.
What are you hoping for? A new Mario Kart? Perhaps a remade classic Zelda entry?

Well, it turns out, a couple of Nintendo Switch 2 titles have already come to light.
Pokémon Legends Z-Ais one such title. Take a look at its reveal trailer.
As I’ve highlighted in the video above, one such title isPokémonLegends Z-Awhich, upon its reveal, was said to be launching ‘on Nintendo Switch systems’.

That same phrasing was used several months later when the sandbox RPGMy Time at Evershinewas unveiled.
To add to that, news of two potential remasters has surfaced.
Twitter user MikeOdysseyYT took to the site tosaythe following, “I recently hear[d] that Nintendo is diligently working on multiple patches for several games, not all of them. These patches will be showcased in the upcoming Switch 2 trailer.”
He continued, “My understanding is that we won’t be upsold on playingBreath of the WildorThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomin 4K resolution on the Switch 2, which is fantastic news.”

This is to say that the patches will supposedly be available for free and not paid upgrades for those who acquire the Nintendo Switch 2.
MikeOdysseyYT is pretty open about the fact that he’s “not a leaker” and doesn’t “usually share information” which leads one to assume he’s pretty confident about what he’s saying here.
That being said, I’d urge you to take this tease with an enormous pinch of salt.
Pokémon Legends Z-AandMy Time at Evershineare definitely on the way.
