It goes without saying that we’re currently seeing 2024 out having not received a full reveal which means one must be coming within the next three months.
It’s pretty easy to tell that we’re nearing reveal time, and I don’t just mean because Nintendo’s self-set deadline is fast approaching.
I’m referring to the fact that leaks are as rife as they possibly can be.
Practically everyday a new detail about the console leaks, sometimes from third-party accessory suppliers and sometimes from so-called insiders.

Today is no different, with information about theNintendo Switch2’s power coming to light, if that’s indeed what the console is called.
Pokémon Legends Z-Awill release on both the Nintendo Switch and its successor, as previously revealed.

I will warn you though, there’s little here in the way of concrete proof.
That being said, this does feel like a well educated guess if you look at the Nintendo Switch’s current frame rate and resolution output and anticipate the successor’s rate of growth.
If the Nintendo Switch 2 is to be comparable to the PlayStation 4 Pro, that’s excellent news for gamers.
As many on social media have pointed out, plenty of PlayStation 4 titles could pass off as PS5 exclusives.

Graphics are somewhat reaching a peak - and it’s only really Nintendo that needs to play catch up.
“Left is PS4 Pro. Right is PS5. When I tell you this generational jump is negligible at best and nothing at worst. Switch 2 being a PS4 Pro strength handheld is more than fine,” theywrote.
And I quite agree. If the Nintendo Switch 2 can match the graphics ofThe Last of UsPart IIorHorizon Zero Dawn, I’ll be thrilled.

Of course, we should take such teases with a pinch of salt in the meantime.
