Nintendo Switch fans furious over quiet cancellation

A cancelled physical edition of a Nintendo Switch and PlayStation game has caused outrage amongst fans.

For those who still believe in the value of physical media for longevity and preservation, it’s always sad when a game doesn’t get a physical version or is supposed to have one before it’s cancelled.

If you’ve not heard ofAmoribefore, it’s a classic RPG but with a horror twist. Its official description reads “Explore a strange world full of colorful friends and foes. Navigate through the vibrant and the mundane in order to uncover a forgotten past. When the time comes, the path you’ve chosen will determine your fate… and perhaps the fate of others as well.”

You can still buy the game on theNintendoeShop and PlayStation store, but if you live in Europe and have been waiting for the physical version I’m afraid you’re out of luck.
