Another update for Nintendo Switch Online adds a classic Rare title to the Nintendo 64 line-up.
While updates have been agonisingly slow forNintendo’ssubscription, we’re definitely getting somewhere as the last few additions have been fantastic games that deserve a shot on modern platforms.

There’s also a multiplayer mode you can play with friends, going head-to-head in deathmatches, races and firing ranges.
It’s a great game, and one that’s often buried under all the other bangers Rare have made, most notablyBanjo Kazooieor the various Donkey Kong games, so it’s great to see it getting the spotlight on Nintendo Switch Online.
It’s worth noting becauseJet Force Geminiwas an Nintendo 64 game, it’s only available if you’re subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, which unlocks Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis/Mega Drive, and Game Boy Advance titles.

So if you’ve already got a subscription, it’s well-worth checking out especially if you’re into retro shooters. It can also be played as part of the Rare Replay Collection on Xbox platforms.
