This Nintendo Switch setting is quite literally a lifesaver and is a trick many of us would have wished we’d known about years ago.
Other than having awesome games that include the likes ofThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,Super Mario OdysseyandMetroid Prime Remastered, one of the best features of playing on a Nintendo Switch is gaming on the go. Whether you’re playing on the sofa, at a family event you never wanted to attend or commuting,Nintendo’shybrid device is a fantastic little console.

Yet, gaming on the go with theNintendo Switchdoes have one major caveat, and that’s the draining of battery life. Depending on the model and age of the Nintendo Switch console, you might get five hours of gaming until your console needs a full charge.

That being said, one handy trick that could sustainably add life to your Nintendo Switch is an absolute godsend, especially when embarking on adventures in epic RPGs such as the upcomingThe Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, releasing on 26 September.
It is also very handy because it makes life much less stressful for your battery. However, you don’t have to use this mode exclusively for air travel because it’s also ideal if you’re out for the day playing single-player games with no concern about online multiplayer.
You can still use Bluetooth in Airplane Mode, so you can use your headset to avoid annoying those sitting around you with loud sound effects coming from your Nintendo Switch.
