WhileCyberpunk 2077could certainly give it a run for its money, there’s no doubtingNo Man’s Sky’sredemption story has been one for the ages and it shows no signs of stopping any time soon.

For those who may have heard aboutNo Man’s Skybut never played it, it’s essentially an open-universe exploration simulator, where you can travel the cosmos in your own starship, build bases, freighter fleets and partake in an endless amount of missions, including bounty hunts.

It’s received countless free updates since launch, with yet another now available to all players, this time taking advantage of new technology to overhaul planetary exploration and procedural generation.
Named the Worlds Part I update, the free download adds a new selection of procedurally generated worlds to the in-game universe’s sandbox.
It also makes several improvements to the game’s weather systems, allowing for more realistic planets thanks to changing tides, changes to flora and fauna and much more.

Like every previous update since the game’s 2016 release date, Worlds Part I is a free download for all platforms.
Seems like that’s only the beginning as well, and whileHello Gamesis yet to tease what could be coming in Part 2 of the update, you can almost guarantee it’ll be another quality addition to the game.
No Man’s Skycan be played on PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch consoles, and can also be played with crossplay enabled.
