The 2024 BAFTA Games Awards are right around the corner, on 11 April to be exact, but the evening’s first accolade recipient has just been announced. BAFTA has officially unveiled that this year, SpecialEffect will be awarded the BAFTA Games Special Award, one of the highest accolades that the organisation can bestow. Knowing there will be noBaldur’s Gate 3DLC, or even aBaldur’s Gate 4has been difficult to process for the fandom. However, while Larian Studios isn’t expanding the game with new quests, it is introducing more endings. Being aBloodbornefan isn’t always easy. True, we have a fantastic game to always return to, but being a fan of this FromSoftware title hasn’t been without its trials.
