Palworld teased for the last console we’d ever have expected

In case you’ve been living under a rock for the first few months of 2024, the chances are that you have heard of the Pokémon-inspired MMOPalworld.

Sure, the developers will probably expand the world, add in more Pals, and grow the story, too. But what we have here is already great, and features so many small details you’ll be amazed at what you discover. It’s a little rough around the edges in places, but the blueprint and starting product are more than enough to keep you going.”

At the time of writing, the arrival of the most popular MMO of 2024 so far hasn’t been announced for the blue brand as much as fans would love to seePalworldon PlayStation. However, it’s been teased thatPalworldmight arrive on other platforms and that may include the Nintendo Switch. Whentalking toBloomberg, Pocket Pair CEO Takuro Mizobe teased that the MMO might soon arrive on other platforms.

While no exact platforms were mentioned, it’s safe to assume that Mizobe would likely be referring to PlayStation and perhaps even the Nintendo Switch. “We are and will remain a small studio. I want to make multiple small games. Big-budget triple-A games are not for us,” teased Mizobe.

Will the Nintendo Switch be capable of running an MMO such asPalworldto an acceptable level? Only time will tell. That being said, the more people that can enjoy games such asPalworld, the merrier.Palworldis currently available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers at no extra cost.
