In ourreview ofGhost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, we said: “PlayStation 5 is undoubtedly the definitive way to experience Sucker Punch’s open-world samurai adventure. Improved loading times, enhanced resolutions, smoother frame rates, and a slew of brand-new content make the 2020 game shine in new ways. More than that though, it’s given me the chance to reassess a video game that I just previously couldn’t see the adoration for.”

It’s a shame that some feel so strongly againstGhost of Tsushimabeing ported to PC, especially when it’s far from the only Sony title to do so and it certainly won’t be the last. I understand the desire for console exclusivity between brands but I feel that PC is fair game and if that means more people can play fantastic video games, that should be better for everyone.
Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cutwill be released on PC on 16 May 2024.
