It’s been a while since horror fans had something to sink their teeth into. 2024 has been a bit light on the spookiness. PlayStation owners will, however, be able to get to grips withCrow Country, a new horror exclusive to the console.
If you’re a fan of low-poly, low budget horror, then this is the game for you. Personally, I love being taken back to those OGPlayStationvibes when it comes to horror - it leaves a good amount up to your imagination, while utilising creepy, almost doll-like characters to drive home the creepy feelings.
The OGResident Evilis still so atmospheric after all these years.
This is “a survival horror adventure featuring a rich atmosphere; a strong, tangible sense of place; a small but memorable cast of characters; meaningful exploration; engaging puzzles; and most of all-a beautiful, uncanny blend of tension and tranquility.” You can’t ask for much more, let’s be honest.
