PlayStation gamers sat on free PlayStation Plus access they never knew about

What is better than video games? Well, free access to them and some PlayStation owners may be missing out on a free PlayStation Plus subscription.

PlayStation Plusmay be hit or miss when it comes to its monthly offerings but being able to access hit releases at no extra cost is not something we can complain about too much.

However, maintaining aPSPlus subscription is still an investment so being able to get one for free would be quite useful indeed.

Luckily,PlayStation 4andPlayStation 5users can find a freebie in an easily-missed place.

According to one user over on r/PlayStationPlus, players can find the code for fourteen days of PS+ Premium on a Bravia television.

“If you have Sony BraviaTV, check your My BRAVIA app,” theyshared.

“You might have got a 14-day Premium! Don’t know if it’s region locked. I’m located in Germany.”

So there you go.

If you own a Bravia television, heading to the app may see you rewarded with a free two-week subscription.

It is unclear if this will be available with every Bravia model and we are also unsure if it is region-locked, with one US user saying they do not have access, but it is worth looking nonetheless.
