
Fans of the classics who want to live that nostalgia are in luck as PlayStation is set to introduce over 1,000 titles later this month.
In recent years, we have seen more and more classics get much-needed remasters and take their deserved place on current-gen consoles.

With players seemingly wanting to relive their early years of gaming, it is no wonder thatSonyhave put its heads together to come up with a brand-new service which is set to launch later this week.

Known as Antstream Arcade, the retro gaming service will be heading to thePlayStation 4andPlayStation 5and will bring with it over 1,300 retro games.
PlayStation users will be able to access its library either via a yearly subscription or a one-time fee.
Those who want to try it out for a year will be expected to pay $39.99, whereas a one-time fee is $99.99.
This will mark the first third-party cloud gaming service for PlayStation consoles and will be the perfect way for fans of the classics to get their hands on entries ranging from the ‘80s to the early 00s.

In an effort to preserve gaming classics, it will arrive onPlayStationon 6 September, shortly after Antstream’s one-year anniversary onXbox.
If you do not own a PlayStation, you can also access Antstream on mobile devices: Google Play Store on Android and the iOS App Store for Apple.
It is also available on the majority of Samsung TVs andPC, where it started off originally.
