PlayStation gamers torn over new feature you might’ve missed

Users have mixed opinions on whether this is a good idea, with the aforementioned “meme” reviews being the main concern.

In a Reddit thread talking about the feature, one usersaid, “I hope this won’t have the same fate as Steam reviews. Having to scroll multiple pages of ‘funny’ reviews until you get something useful, was very tiring.”

One user questioned the point of adding reviews at all, as many are “relatively useless and hardly informative” since they’re not coming from actual critics.

However some users are down to see it implemented though, with some saying if they add that as well as “the ability to gift games directly via the store,” it’d be a win for PlayStation.

If they are, it’ll need some serious moderation to keep them on topic and not opportunities to poke fun at various games or business practices.
