They definitely weren’t the titles fans predicted leading many to be disappointed but unfortunately, it only got worse. At the same time as announcing the new free games, PlayStation also revealed plans toincrease the price of all PlayStation Plus tiers, and fans areabsolutely appalled.

The new prices, which come into effect this month, will be as follows:

As a result of the price hike, some fans are proclaimingthey’re done with the subscription service entirely, whereas others aresharing tricks on how to avoid the increase, and some are just bracing forwhatever comes next in October.
If you’re one of the few who are determined to stick with PlayStation Plus though, you’ll be interested to hear about a discount that’ll save you a lot of money on your next renewal, especially if you get it before the price increase goes into effect.
If you’re serious about keeping PlayStation Plus for as long as possible, best to do so with a handy discount. Just remember to turn off auto-renewal if you don’t want to pay Sony’s prices in the future.
