PlayStation Plus failing to justify price increase as more games are removed, fans agree

The chaos continues. It’s no secret that PlayStation Plus subscribers have been less than impressed with recent additions to the platform, which isn’t exactly what you want to hear when the price has just gone up. Now, to make matters worse, a ton of titles are also being removed.

There are still plenty of gems to be enjoyed on PlayStation Plus including Sea of Stars. Take a look at the game in action below.

It’s been revealed that the following games will leave PlayStation Plus on 17 October:Astebreed, Clouds & Sheep 2, Far Cry 4, Far Cry 5, Gal*Gunvolt: Burst, Goosebumps: The Game, Inside, Limbo, Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker, The Crew, The Medium, The Quarry, TorqueL, Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered, andYakuza 5 Remastered. I particularly recommend checking out the very funThe Quarry.

Over on Reddit, subscribers aren’t pleased with the sheer number of games leaving given the price rise. User nightspellsaid, “The price increase was never about making the service better. In fact, it has gotten worse. For the first time, I have no interest in the monthly games and the new premium/extra games are so lacklustre that the service isn’t even worth it under the old price plan.”

An angered Tian-0610added, “We should stop paying for PlayStation Plus so they stop giving us s**t.” Yikes. Let’s hope October’s line-up proves to be a tad more popular.
