Thanks to the bug, all you have to do to nab the platinum trophy is play the game in co-op with someone who already has the platinum trophy. That achievement is then unlocked for you too. In just one week, the number of people with a platinum trophy has risen from 0.4% to 0.6% - a marked increase despite how small those figures may seem.
TrueTrophies’ data revealed that the week beginning 10 July, the game went from unranked to being the 111th most popular game on the console, with a larger number of active players than bothPUBGandCrash Team Rumble. Now, it sits in 44th position after witnessing a 77% player increase. It’s proving to be more popular thanStar Wars Jedi: Survivor, The Last of Us Part I,and Astro’s Playroom. Perhaps the devs won’t be too keen to fix a bug that’s drawing in so many players.
