Check out the new PlayStation Portal device below.
The last few months of Essential tier free games haven’t impressed anyone. In fact, many have threatened to cancel their subscriptions until the quality of the service’s offerings has been improved. Even new Premium featureslike cloud streaminghave failed to keep players satisfied.

Then there’s the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium game catalogues, which seem to be losing a lot of heavy hitters, replacing them with mediocre titleslikeGollum, which is one of 2023’sworst-rated games. Early next month, 11 more games will depart from the service, and it’ll be a real shame to see some of these titles go.
The full list includes:Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Caladrius Blaze, Damascus Gear: Operation Tokyo HD Edition, El Hijo: A Wild West Tale, Foreclosed, Friday the 13th: The Game, Legends of Ethernal, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Middle-earth: Shadow of War,andThe Escapists 2.
If you’re not currently subscribed to PlayStation Plus, there’s a Black Friday sale on right now which will get you a membership of any tier for a discounted price. Unfortunately, users who are already subscribedcan’t seem to take advantage of this offer themselves, adding to the frustration with Sony’s management of the service.
