PlayStation Plus subscribers questioning the value of the service might want to take a look at how much the library of free games is actually worth, because the answer is: a lot.

August in particular has been a strong monthPlayStation Pluswith a huge batch offree games, includingtwo of 2023’s most promising releases.At present there are469 games in the PlayStation Plus Extralibrary,plus a bunch of free trials for Premium subscribers.

But how much is all that worth? And are you getting enough out of your £10.99 a month? If you were to buy all 469 PlayStation Plus games via the PlayStation Store, you would be spending roughly £13,630. That’s according to my math, anyway, which is… passable, I guess.
