PlayStation Plus subscribers have high hopes for October’s free games

PlayStation Plus subscribers are oddly optimistic about October’s free games, following several disappointing months for the service.

While many gave up onPlayStation Plusa while ago, many jumped ship as soon asSonyannounced itsquiet price hikefor all tiers of its subscription service.

Those who stuck around in the hopes the raised price would result in higher quality free games and other improvements to thePlayStationexperience have been leftsorely disappointed. Not only has September’s offering been perceived as lacklustre, there was also a problem with online multiplayer that booted everyone offline, leading to additional frustration from fans.

Regardless, some fans are still clinging to the hope that the service will improve over time, with many havinghigh expectations for October’s free monthly games.

On the official PlayStation Plus subreddit, fans have made their own competition where they try to guess upcoming monthly games to earn points in a tournament.

With September coming to a close, it’s now time for fans to state theirguessesfor what October might bring.
