The title in question isRoad 96,a 2021 release which tasks the player with hitchhiking their way to freedom in a procedurally generated road trip.
In other words, no two road trips will be the same.

It takes place in the summer of 1996 and your only job is to escape the regime and find freedom as you hit the open road.
“On this risky road trip to the border, you’ll meet incredible characters, and discover their intertwined stories and secrets in an ever-evolving adventure,” the official synopsis reads.
