The warning relates to subscription licences outweighing purchased licences, effectively blocking certain games you’ve brought if you then download them on PlayStation Plus. User ShadpwStealer7wrote, “PSA: Be careful of redeeming PlayStation Plus Extra titles if you have purchased a paid upgrade from a PS4 disc version. TL;DR: Adding a game on PlayStation Plus will override your purchases to upgrade PS4 games to PS5 versions.”
