PlayStation Plus users have until 21 May to play breathtaking open-world RPG

It appears that PlayStation Plus subscribers don’t have long left to play one of the best open-world titles on PlayStation consoles.

Horizon Zero Dawnwill be removed from thePlayStation PlusExtra subscription catalogue on 21 May, which doesn’t give you long to play it if it’s been on your backlog for a while.

Both Horizon games have been huge for Sony, bringing players astonishing worlds to explore.

If players can’t get the fullSonyselection it would be disappointing given the high level of quality to be found in their games.

However, this news may be an indication of what’s to come. Rumours have been swirling for a while that we’re due a remastered edition ofHorizon Zero Dawn, which would makes sense given the remastered editions ofThe Last of Usand its sequel.

If Sony is to usher in a shiny new version of Aloy’s adventure then it’s likely they’d remove the original game to boost sales before putting the updated version into the subscription library.

Of course, this is just speculation on the part of the fanbase and news outlets, but it could also come down to a regional issue.
