If you’ve not been paying for PlayStation Plus in a while, this is a really great time to come back to it. Although admittedly the service has had some ups and downs this year in terms of its monthly freebies, subscribers are in for some real treats this month.
From tomorrow (4 July),subscribers can claimEndling - Extinction is Forever,Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War,andAlan Wake Remasteredtotally free - once claimed, they’re free to keep and play at any time as long as you still have an active subscription. Withover 100 hours of gameplay(for completionists, that is), they’re definitely going to keep everyone busy.

Over on Reddit though,PlayStation Plususers have been full of praise for one ofJune’s Extra-tier freebies, which you might have overlooked. User zedemer took to the r/PlayStationPlus subreddit with a plea - don’t sleep onThe Talos Principle. The first-person puzzle game originally released back in 2014, and as per itssynopsison thePlayStationStore, players must take on an “existential journey as a sentient artificial intelligence placed in a simulation of humanity’s greatest ruins, linked through an arcane cathedral”. You can’t tell me that doesn’t sound interesting.

Others agree that it’s well worth a go: “Talosis the GOAT puzzle game [in my opinion], nothing came close ever since. I definitely recommend it,” Possible_Cancel101replied. “It’s in my top ten [of] all time. It’s just exactly the things I like. Can’t wait for the sequel,” H3000commented.
Anumber of games are leaving the Extra-tier game library this month, including some super popular titles likeStrayandBioShock Remastered, so be sure to have a browse and figure out what you want to play before it’s too late.
