Alas, it’s the end of an era for one PlayStation exclusive.Gran Turismo Sporthas been delisted from the PlayStation Store, just over six years after it was released.
Gran Turismoreceived a film adaptation last year. Take a look at the trailer below.
Devs said they made the decision so that they could focus on improving the latestGran Turismo 7. There’s a bit of confusion though, asGran Turismo Sporthas been entirely delisted, whereas it was originally suggested that just DLC add-ons would be delisted alongside the taking down of the multiplayer servers. It was presumed that the game would remain available for purchase given that offline modes remain working.

Clearly though, that’s not the case asGran Turismo Sportappears to be gone for good. That means that if you do want to pick it up from now on, to enjoy what’s left, you’ll have to hunt down a physical copy.
Admittedly, it makes sense to delist the game. It’s just odd that this wasn’t mentioned in last year’s announcement. If you are a fan ofGran Turismo Sport’s multiplayer online offering, you still have a few weeks left to enjoy. To reiterate, those servers will close on 31 January, so do enjoy this last month while you can.
