“I remember when I got my N64 I was dreaming of a 3D Pokémon game like this, I was very disappointed we never got a game like this,” lamented Redditor iZubi.

Again, we must emphasise that the images you see are fan-made and not official Nintendo ones.

While it’s sad to think that we were robbed of such an experience, it does make sense why it was cancelled.

“They were barely able to fit all the Pokémon inPokémon Stadium, let alone having multiple 3D environments and other NPCs,” footfoe explained.

Even though their reasoning makes sense, fans can’t help but keep thinking about what it would have been like to grow up with a Pokémon adventure like this.

User eadrik said, “I remember gettingOcarina of Timeand thought how cool [it would be] if they made a Pokémon Game like this, I think this is exactly how I imagined it would look like. Very cool to see.”

It doesn’t matter how many new games have been released since then that give us that RPG kick, we’ll forever remember the one we never got to play.
