A bizarreRed Dead Redemption 2bug has terrified one of its players, turning the Western into a horror game.
The glitch was discovered while randomly patrollingRed Dead Redemption 2’sopen-world, and morphs things to a nightmare hellscape.

You can see the glitch in action on Lord_Smokelot’s Reddit post, who was riding around when suddenly the sky turned bright red like the blood moon fromZelda: Breath Of The Wild.

Why did this happen? Heaven knows but it’s pretty funny, and probably the closest thing we’ll get to anotherUndead Nightmareexpansion unfortunately.
That being said I’d probably leave it as it is for a bit, and get some spooky in-game screenshots and videos, after all you’re probably not going to see something like that again anytime soon…

Other users joked that we’ve finally found out whyRockstar Gamescalled it Red Dead Redemption, and others drew comparisons to the Berserk universe.
In other news,Red Dead Redemption 2has a lot of mods available at the moment, many of which both improve the overall gameplay experience as well asfix some of its most annoying featuresand moments.
Who knows, maybe some modders will somehow recreate that red sky and make it a feature in the game, after all we’re not gettingUndead Nightmare 2anytime soon.
