It’s possible that, as a playerbase, we’ve found all there is to be discovered inRed Dead Redemption 2.
The key phrase there is ‘as a playerbase’.
You see,Rockstar Gamespacked the game with such an exquisite level of detail that it feels nigh impossible to see every single minute feature or secret for yourself.

That’s why, to this day,Red Dead Redemption 2maintains an active community despite receiving practically nothing in the way of official post-launch content from Rockstar.
Discoveries can be shared amongst fans, allowing each of us to note things down we may not have seen before to check out on our next playthrough.
It’s with all of this in mind that I want to direct your attention to a rather unfortunate cabin.
Take a look at some of our favourite wins and fails below.

The contents of this particular cabin fall under that category.
There’s a cabin known as Vetter’s Echo that you can find in the Big Valley region of the West Elizabeth territory.
If you’d rather see than be told what happens inside, I’ll let you watch the video below with no context.
Yes, there’s a giant bear inside waiting to maul you to death providing for quite the jump scare.

Over the years, I’m sure this bear has caught plenty of players off-guard. I know that’s what happened to me when I found it.
You can avoid the jump scare, but you’ll need to know in advance about the bear to do so.
Outside of the cabin, shoot through a gap in the window and you can hit the bear before it leaves.
Or you can fire and wait for the bear to come out.

I recommend you just give yourself the spook though. After all, it’s an important part of theRed Dead Redemption 2experience.
Whether it’s an unexpected bear, the Whispering Forest, or the Night Folk, no playthrough is complete without your heebies getting jeebied.
